Providing the accident wasn’t your fault, CCM can provide you with a similar vehicle to your own while your’s is being repaired.

If you cant drive your car following the accident we’ll endeavour to arrange a replacement as soon as possible. If it is still drivable, we’ll arrange for a replacement car to be dropped to the garage for you to use while the repairs are carried out.

What if my car is a write off?

Providing the other driver has full insurance to drive the vehicle involved, CCM can arrange a hire car for you. We will claim the “before the accident value” of your car from the other insurer. We’ll also let you keep the hire car until we get you the money, PLUS one week.  This will give time for the cheque to clear and for you to find another car.
